项目经理监控翻译、译审、排版环节,管理好质量、流程、进度、应急和信息安全。
 
第六阶梯:交付管理
向用户交付优质初稿,根据用户建议完善成终稿,更新和管理用户术语库、语料库。
 
Mayo’s Six-Stage Management System
 
First stage: Project processing
Analyze project requirements, match team and corpus resources, develop project solutions, format processing and pre-translation of the original text.
 
Second stage: Medical translation
Select medical translators with translation experience in this project, human translate precisely with CAT assistance, unify the terminologies and segments.
 
Third stage: Full senior translator review
The full senior translator reviews the translation of the first draft to ensure that the translation stay true to the original text and the specialized vocabularies be true and idiomatic.
 
Fourth stage: Proofreading and typesetting
Summarize all the translations, compile and proofread, check for errors and fill in leaks, further unify the terminologies, and typeset and design the output in accordance with the original text.
 
Fifth stage: Project monitoring
The project manager monitors the translation, review, typesetting, and manages quality, process, schedule, emergency and information security.
 
Sixth stage: Delivery management
Deliver high-quality first drafts to users, improve and finish the final drafts according to user suggestions, and update and manage user terminology database and corpora.
