日本杂货品牌无印良品最近又成为媒体和网友关注的焦点。只不过，这一次并非他们又推出了什么火爆单品，而是源于最近的一次质量抽检。

据新华社报道，21日，北京市工商局海淀分局近日委托检测机构对无印良品（巴沟华联店）销售的商品质量开展抽样检测工作，但并未获得无印良品工作人员积极配合。

A Muji shop in Beijing is not cooperating with Chinese regulators trying to conduct an inspection of the store, Xinhua News Agency reported on Monday.

9月21日，北京市工商局海淀分局根据北京市工商局日常监测工作计划，依照《流通领域商品质量抽查检验办法》的规定，委托北京市产品质量监督检验院对无印良品巴沟华联店销售的木制家具开展流通领域商品质量抽检。然而，执法人员并未获得无印良品方面的配合。

The Beijing Municipal Administration of Industry and Commerce had entrusted the Beijing Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute to carry out the sampling inspection of the products sold at the store. However, the shop manager refused to cooperate with the investigation and denied any information on the store's inventory.

北京市产品质量监督检验院工作人员表示，面对抽检，商家存在抵触心理，而这样的情况并不多见。随后，执法人员再次尝试进行抽检。这次则有媒体和随后增援的执法人员陪同。

有记者跟随执法人员进店，执法人员向该店店长出示行政执法证和抽检通知书，表明来意。这回无印良品店长才将执法人员带到家具区，执法人员此时仅看到一件前期被监测的木制家具，其他被监测商品并未在现场摆放。

It was only after the law enforcement officers showed their certificates and permissions the shop manager finally agreed to the inspection and took them to the furniture area. However, only one piece of furniture was found in the area and other products which awaited inspections were not displayed.

对此，该店长解释称：“选购该商品的消费者不多，因此没上该商品。”而执法人员要求调货，被拒。随后，执法人员依职权要求到柜台检查与被抽检商品相关的票证账簿、货源、数量、存货地点、存货量、销售量等信息，遭到当事人拒绝。

在执法人员坚持下，该店店长同意在其内部商品系统内查询被抽检商品信息。但执法人员看到，此时系统后台无信息登记。按照要求，经营者店内商品和销售记录均应在其系统后台有所体现。

The store refused to let the inspectors check any information regarding previously inspected products in the store's database. However, as the inspectors insisted to do so, the store eventually allowed and no records on the product information were found in the system, which was not in compliance with the regulations.

而记者在现场看到，执法人员到售卖现场拿出其他待售化妆品、衣物等商品进行比对查询时，同样发现均无相关信息登记。

The authorities also found clothing and cosmetics in the shop's database that were not registered in the commodities inquiry system.

随后，执法人员要求该无印良品所在的华联超市相关负责人到现场情况说明。她表示，无印良品店后台信息为何被删除，华联超市方面也不了解情况，希望无印良品方面积极配合工商部门执法。执法人员随后进行现场情况记录。

通过现场视频可以看出，此时无印良品店长一直接打电话，并拒绝回应任何问题。

A video footage of the incident showed the shop manager refusing to offer any explanation on the situation and trying to avoid officials by either making or answering phone calls.

执法人员告诉记者，当事人上述行为已明显违反产品质量法第十六条的规定，已构成拒绝接受依法进行的产品质量监督检查的违法行为。最终，依据产品质量法相关规定，工商部门责令当事人改正上述行为。

According to the inspectors, the store's action of not allowing inspections could be regarded as a violation of the country's product quality law.

《新京报》随后采访了无印良品的相关负责人，该负责人表示25日上午，该公司已经根据工商局要求提交的商品(合计7件家具商品)的在库情况，寄送至北京店铺后完成提交。

Muji said it had already submitted seven pieces of furniture to Beijing's administration of industry and commerce for examination as required as of Tuesday morning, Beijing News reported.

而根据现场的情况描述，他们认为，可能是“库存检索系统”存在一定问题。关于此系统问题，他们也在进一步调查确认中，一旦发现系统存在问题，将立即进行系统改善，今后也会遵守相关法律法规规定。

There might be some problems with the brand's commodities database inquiry system, a company staff member told Beijing News, adding a further check into its system is underway.
